1. Package Duration

  • Yeh holiday package 3 Days & 2 Nights (3D / 2N) ka hoga.
  • Check-in aur check-out ka time concerned hotel / resort ki policy ke according hoga.

2. Package Inclusion (Package me kya-kya shamil hai)

  • Package me 2 Breakfast include honge.
  • Package me 2 Dinners include honge.
  • Breakfast aur Dinner fixed time aur fixed menu ke according milenge.

3. Package Exclusion (Package me kya shamil nahi hai)

  • Lunch package me include nahi hai.
  • Transportation ka kharcha include nahi hai.
    • Guest ko apni khud ki transportation use karni hogi.
  • Personal expenses jaise:
    • Room service
    • Extra food / beverages
    • Sightseeing charges

6. Booking Policy

  • Holiday package ki booking ke liye kam se kam 20 din pehle inform karna zaroori hai.

  • Booking se related saari information aur confirmation Shiva Enterprises se hi leni hogi.
  • Package availability subject to availability hogi.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Package cancellation kam se kam 7 din pehle karwani hogi.
  • Agar cancellation 7 din se kam time me ki jaati hai, to aapka holiday package UNVALID ho sakta hai.
  • Cancellation ke baad package ko dobara activate karna Shiva Enterprises ki discretion par depend karega.

8. Package Validity

  • Yeh holiday package package issue hone ki date se 1 saal (12 months) tak valid rahega.
  • Validity period ke baad package automatically expire ho jayega.
  • Expired package par koi claim ya extension allowed nahi hoga.

9. General Terms

  • Hotel / resort allocation company ke discretion par hoga.
  • Company ko bina kisi prior notice ke terms modify ya withdraw karne ka adhikar hoga.
  • Kisi bhi tarah ka dispute local jurisdiction ke under aayega.
  • Check-in ke time valid ID proof dikhana mandatory hoga.
